Plugins Used: They can be found under the Plugin / Filters section on the right
Plugin - FM Tile Tools
Dsb Flux
New image 600x500 and flood fill with white
Foreground color #e06d95, Background color #fee7f1
Using your rectangle tool with width set at 10, draw out a large box like shown below
Using your magic wand click inside your pink box
Effects - plugins - dsb flux - bright noise and set at Intensity 28, Direction - Mix
Edit - pase your pink rose
Keeping the box still with the marching ants, activate your rose layer
Effects - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss and use default settings
Repeat this step again
Deselect
Copy - paste your female tube and move to the left
Copy - paste your cat and move to lower righ corner and give it a drop shadow
I used V-1, H -0, Opacity-38 and Blur-1
Copy - paste your birds and move them to the top middle, give them the same drop shadow
Effects - edge effects - enhance
Copy - paste your star and move it where ever you want
Merge all your stars together on one layer
Duplicate twice so you have 3 star layers
Activate second or middle layer and go to
Effects - edge effects - enhance
Activate your 3rd layer and go to
Effects - edge effects - enhance more
Activate you one layer with the woman and cat
Get your lasso tool and draw around the ladies panties and stockings like shown below
Duplicate this layer twice so you have 3 layers
Activate your top layer
Effects - plugins - Xenofex - constellation
Use settings below
Activate your middle layer and use the same settings but change the random speed
Repet the step above and remember to change the random speed
Deselect
Move one layer under each star layer and merger down so that they look like below
Duplicate your white layer twice and do the same step like above
Remeber to put your watermark on it
Let's take it to animation now
Activate top layer
Edit - copy
Take to animation
Edit - paste as new animation
Back to your psp
Activate your middle layer
Edit - Copy
Take to animation
Edit - paste after current frame
Back to psp
Activate you bottom layer
Edit - copy
Back to animation
Edit - paste after current frame
View your design, resize if you want and save as a gif file
