1. Open up a new image 600x500 and flood fill with white

2. Using your rectangle tool with width set @ 6 forground color-#6d131a background color-null
draw out a box see below


3. Using your magic want click inside your box

4. Copy - Paste paper rs_pap16



5. Highlight your frame

6. Selections - invert

7. Click on your paper layer - delete

8. Keeping your wand still active

8. Effects - Art Media Effect - Brush Strokes with these settings



9. Selections - None

10. Copy - Paste rs_daffodil7 , resize to 50% and move to the right

11. Drop shadow V2 - H2 ..Opacity 66% Blur 1..Color black

12. Copy - Paste rs_lilly2, resize to 40% and place to the right and above your daffodil7 layer

13. Repeat step 11 with the drop shadow

14. Copy - Paste rs_lamb4 and resize to 20% and place above your lilly layer

15. Drop shadow V2, H2, Opacity 50%, Blur 4

16. Copy - Paste rs_bunnyNblocks3 and resize to 30% and move to the left inside your frame box.

17. Repeat step 15 with the drop shadow

18. Copy - Paste your Elias tube and resize to 90% and off center alittle to the left..See below



19. Copy - Paste rs_chicks1 and resize 25%..Image - mirror and place on the left

20. Repeat step 15 with the drop shadow

21. Copy - Paste rs_hangingeggs2 and resize 15% duplicate x16 and merger all your hanging eggs down and place behind your Eias tube like below



22. Repeat step 15 with the drop shadow.

23. Copy - Paste rs_hydrangeas2 and resize to 30% and move this below your chick layer

24. Repeat ste 15 with the drop shadow

25. Copy - Paste rs_bow6 resize to 30% and move to upper right of the box

26. Image - Free rotate to right 20 %

27. Repeat ste 15 with the drop shadow

28. Activate your bow and duplicate-mirror and place this bow , below your Elias tube

29. Merge all your layers down EXCEPT your hangingeggs like shown below



30. Duplicate your hangingeggs x2 to make a total of 3

31. Activate your top hangingegg layer

32. Effects - plugins - constellation and use settings below



33. Activate your middle hangingeggs layer

34. . Effects - plugins - constellation and click random

35. Repeat step 34 for your bottom hangingegg layer

36. Duplicate your very bottom layer x2 and move each one under the hangingegg layer and merge down upon each other..

37. Duplicate your very top layer x2 and and move each down...be sure to use the appropriate copyrights ..See below



38. Now you can add any text you wish..just make sure you have as many of the text as you have of your design.

39. Your layers should look like this



40. Using your crop tool use the settings below



41. Activate your bottom layer and take to animation

42. Edit - Copy paste as new animation

43 Back to PSP activate your middle layer and take to animation

44. Edit - Paste after current frame

45. Back to PSP activate your top layer and take to animation

46. Edit - Paste after current frame

47. View your animation and save as gif.
